Service Description

This is an online yoga class incorporating gentle movements, long-held stretches, and intuitive tools to connect you with your body and spirit. Make sure you have a yoga mat (or another suitable surface) and some props, such as blocks, pillows and/or blankets. With Veronica Wells. Veronica has been teaching yoga since 2013. She credits yoga and intuitive meditation for helping her through grief, burnout, writing a book, and chronic health issues. She brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to her teaching, which is informed by her passion for critical inquiry and social justice. She has studied a variety of styles and lineages, including Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra.
